Start your message here.

CTRL-N (create new window) use it to goto Photobucket.

When you login to Photobucket, there are three 'link descriptions' under each picture. LeftClick the text in the box next to "URL Link", a brief "Coppied" message will appear/disappear.

Toggle back over to you FFF message.
CTRL-V (paste)
The coppied URL Link will be pasted into your message. (NOTE: Make sure there's a space before, and a space after the link. Things go all merry-hob on occassion if other text gets pre-/ap-pended to the code.)
