My God, Terri...you haven't watched the "Serenity" episode? You have a heck of a lot more willpower than I do!!!!

You're telling me! I mean, I know all the quotes, right? Cause I go to all the Browncoat websites, and I just have to imagine how hilarious that this land/your grave dinosaur Wash scene is. But you know what? I compare it on waiting for a new season. You can't watch a season until it starts, so here I am. I reckon that a lot of my fellow Browncoats will think I'm a few cattle short of a stampede, but it's just a personal thing, and I feel like I have some good ju-ju coming my way.

I wanna know how you managed to watch every ep except "Serenity". I watched it last (except the 3 unaired eps)because F*X did that to me. When I got the box set, those 3 episodes were the first one I watched...

Back OT, I just picked up Vol 2 of the Companion Books at Barnes & Noble over the weekend. It is indeed very shiny!

My copy arrived the other day from play. It's sooooo shiny. Problem is I'm revising at the moment for my Business Tax exam so I haven't had the chance to read it properly yet.

Still, always good to have something to look forward to and it'l help me chill after I've taken the exam.

Yes, I have to wait to get my copy, though its killing me. I have added several other wish list items pertaining to Firefly that are coming soon, including another book of essays regarding Firefly/Serenity called Serenity Found (I think) then of course the two disc special edition dvd! I can't wait! Does anyone know what the cover will look like? So I have to wait a little longer till the money comes in and i can get volume 2! Shiny!

Once you've been in Serenity you never leave. You find a way to live in it.

No llamas!

Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.

Thank you Phoenix Rose! It is beautiful isn't it. Well worth my cashy money.(Who am I kidding, I'd buy it if it had the worst cover art ever created) It feels like forever until it will be released doesn't it. Can't wait. Thanks for the pic.

Vol 2 is better than the Serenity companion or Vol 1. They've really figured out what fans want with this one.

-Shooting scripts so that you can see what changed (because, face it, you've pretty much got the as-filmed memorized, right?)
-Behind the scenes tid-bits on writing, props, costumes, sets, etc.
-Memories of the cast and crew.
-And follow-up on the phenomena that are Browncoats.

I'm glad for the scripts because both my copies of the BDS are on loan out before the charity screening.

It was fabulous to see the article on the BBuBash. I wasn't there, but at the time the stories just gave me a chill about what a fabulous group of people this show (and Joss) has brought together. Fans and our BDH (including Christina, Greg, Tim, Jonathan and Clare) who gave their time and effort so people wouldn't be disappointed.

Do what you can to get to a CSTS screening and show what we can give back.

There are so many more of us than there were even when the movie came out. Some day, somebody with the power to greenlight is going to figure that out.

Basically, I just skipped it. Didn't even put that DVD in at first. The first ep I watched was Objects in Space, as it's my fave ep, then when backwards from there. Stopped before I got too far.

June 2007 Charity Serenity Screenings
Goal: $100,000 for charity.

Reading the scripts in Volume Two and there is a pic of Saffron in a box. And don't remember thinking it before...but that is the second girl in a box in Firefly.

Just checked and there is a picture of the boy in the box too (The Message episode)
