But I'm Darkfly so I don't have any lights to punch out, I'm just too dark AND come on if your a guy and Inara came up to you in that outfit you wouldn't say no.

What's most remarkable about the statue is how movie accurate it is. Up close the statue is holding a futuristic bolt shooter whereas at a distance it's just a plain bow and arrow.

I've earlier (over at Whedonesque's disussion of the statue) expressed my concern over the decision to highlight what was essentially just an artifact of the moviemaking process (i.e., the CGI bolt thrower), rather than a more defining, iconic character moment. (Not that there were a lot of those to choose from...)
