It is an exploitation film - made in the Hays commision era it exploited a loophole for "educational" movies to allow a bit of skin in (tame by todays standards but going by memory still kinda hot.) The movie is almost totaly wrong in it's depiction of marijuana use. Finally the soundtrack is some fairly groovy jazz. (Quite possibly performed by the only people involved with the film who had actually smoked pot.)

Isn't sanity really a one trick pony, anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking! But when you're good and crazy...ooh hoo hoo hoo... the skys the limit!

Yes. Yes it is. Ooh after the movies we need to watch some Scooby Doo. Not the movies or even the animated movies but the really old TV show. You know before Scrappy Doo, Don Knox, or the Globe trotters showed up. Ah good times.

Yeah all the ones i see at the moment (my neice is a Boomerang addict) seem to be extended plugs for crappy pop punk bands like Simple Plan or those irritating SFG british we're-not-boybands (holding a guitar does not a real musician make)

but classic Scooby was cool.

Have you seen the updated Tom and Jerry cartoons? They speak, there are plots, and they went an entire episode the other day without hidiously dismembering each other even once.

I was unnerved.

Better than running the old toons horridly mangled by edits. Trivia time, Simon and Garfunkle first recorded as Tom & Jerry with a sound very much inspired by the Everly Brothers.

A bit pants? I'm truly sorry, but you seem to have lost me with that one. Please do explain.

British slang. Basically means stupid, silly, and wrong.
