It went on too long. We get the joke 15 seconds in but they had to stretch it for 2 more minutes anyway. Tell the joke and then move on people.

Not really. I just get bored when a sketch is comprised entirely of the same punch line repeated untill it loses all humor. Had Will given us 2 minutes of setup and then just a bit of the Landlord I'd have been much happier. Or maybe a bit with Will and the landlord followed by the landlord visiting other tenants to give a bit of variety to the whole endeavor and break it up a bit but as it is it went on too long. Less - particularly in this type of humor - is almost always more.
