Cookies are information stored by your computer to make loading of webpages faster. These can make things in the computer's memory continue to load even after a change has been made. To clear them, go to the tools menu and click on 'internet options'. It will depend on what browser you're using where you find them, but there should be a fairly obvious options for deleting cookies or clearing browser history.
