*This morning, Husband agreed that it is time for him to quit. Since he smokes a lot, and has stress right now, he agreed to start cutting back and hopefully wean him off like I did.

Gonna have to start from scratch again soon. I was doing pretty good. Trying to cut back a bit from the 1.5 packs a day I was smoking over the weekend (stupid stress). I am looking for the weekend again as a total quit
