Wally Schirra, the only astronaut to have flown Mercury, Gemini and Apollo missions, has died at 84.

Thank you for posting this. The Original Seven Astronauts were my first heroes, and I loved them and even have a letter back from Mr. Schirra when I wrote to him years ago. He and all of them paved the road to the stars, for sure. Great guy.
