Wowza! That's a day! But on the plus side you dealt with a crisis, unexpected heavy lifting and a bollicking from an obnoxious boss all on the same day and didn't smoke. That's really huge!

Okay guys, I'm away for pretty much all of the weekend. However, I got a free sample of some photoshoppy software so hopefully I'll have some kickass banners for you when I get back!

*hugs boardies*

Imponderable Watercoolerers...oh how I've missed you. What's been up?

I think I missed a conversation about movies. Clerks = fantastic. Clerks 2 = I had to check to see if I had seen it...answer is no. I do love me some Kevin Smith, though.

Mavs is drowning and has new orifices but is no longer a smoker so the points go in the plus column.

HK gets to move into a hotel and live like a rockstar. Really, anyone who can leave the house without making the bed and return to a made bed is a rockstar, IMO. Enjoy your hotelhood. It's luxurious to have someone clean your bathroom everyday.

Zeek and Flyvote were sniping at each other? Over something significant or petty? Significant = Petty and only half serious = (Am I a bad person? )

MSG and Neko are much underappreciated, Jimi is weekend happy. JQ is enjoying all his favorite people. CK used to play DD and now plays WOW. DTH was VERY hippie-ish recently. Odds is still missing, but for access reasons...not because he's decided he hates us all.

And I will now stop the summing up. Or will sum up me: Been incredibly busy at work and outside of work. Ran that litle horseshow and received raves from all who came...but once again those numbers were small. I keep brainstorming how to get more people to attend, but I'm out of ideas.

Tonight I get to put together our new jumps, so FUN WITH POWER TOOLS. Have I ever said how much I LOVE power tools? I would almost rather get a cool new power tool than a dress. (Although we did see how much I LOVE dresses, too). I'm working at an international level (I think this one is...I should check on that) event this weekend and it promises to be busy from dawn til dusk. Sunday I get to school on the XC course...on a horse other than mine...and I'm very excited.

This post is WAY too long and really about nothing, so I shall end it here.

Actually, that is relatively tame - a flirty JQ thing I generally ignore.
He is well aware what makes the "Silver Hammer" come down upon his head (Ha - Beatles reference, like that JQ?) and he assiduously avoids "going there." We've been there before, but pillow fluffing ain't it. Thanks for the chivalry, though.

Ask NV - My aim is good from Maryland. I can bean JQ in Michigan if I want to -

And thanks, JQ for the hormone surge. Now that's the kind I can deal with!

It is nearly time for me to fly. I will more than likely be on later, but will be AWOL when SG-1 and Atlantis come on EST.

Hi and Bye, Rugbug! ( And I am actually scared of power tools. Hell, I'm scared of my blowdryer...)

I hope you know I count you among my favorite people. Er, may I enjoy you, too?

You could make it "Horses Optional". Be less exclusive that way...

huh? If I snipe somebody they're not gonna be around to snipe back at me. I used to be a pro at sniping in CS during college. Mainly cause the guy who taught me to play loved sniping. I soon learned to enjoy it as well. I have many a good memory about specific sniping situations. Ahhh counter strike how I miss those early days. Now there are way too many cheats out there and I'm way too out of practice.

I repeat your "huh?" REAL sniping? I was using this definition: to make malicious, underhand remarks or attacks.

And JQ: Power tools are cool. Being able to build something is pretty neat. Not having to wait around for someone to do it for you is even neater.

I do remember some people Snoping earlier but that may have been in a different thread.

That's like the last definition. Besides mine is way more fun. And now I'm totally itching to grab an AMP and get to sniping.

So, one time there was a round where everyone was dead but me and one other guy. My team was of course a bunch of guys from our floor of the dorm. So, a bunch of them run down to my room to watch me and the other sniper hunt each other. One of the guys always hated that I didn't play with my sound up too loud. Of course I'm walking in the game so I don't make any noise for the other guy to locate me with. So, my friend is turning up my stereo with his remote (same stereo). I don't notice cause I'm not making any noise and I'm totally intensely focused on the hunt. Finally I see the guy and shoot him and the stereo was at max so it's like a cannon going off. I jump like two feet and we all start laughing. At least I killed the guy with that shot otherwise I would have been dead for sure after jumping like that. Good times. Good times.

Ok I love that Zeek...but now you have to go to Dave Barry's website and check out his laser tag story. I promise it'll leave you laughing so hard you all but pee yourself:)

Rugbug- ooh good summarizing:) HUGS and enjoy your power tools

Mav- you are totally my role model!! Grade under pressure and everything...enjoy your free day:)

Jonny- many have tried...none have succeeded

Flyvote- actually they all love the oracle...which lead to the funniest thing ever when a kid came darting past the principal and said " I gotta pee and I need the oracle." Then he shook it , looked at the window, and said " damn that thing hates me" and sat down. Principal was totally blown away that they'd just sit down if the "oracle" said no.

Ok all I am outta here for the night. Got tickets to Spiderman 3 and a dinner date with husband and friends.

Fantastic. But don't credit the Oracle with any of your powers.

Have a good evening. I'll miss you. "See" you next week.
