Intellectual property, buddy. The notion is, if anybody's going to make money off Star Wars (or Firefly, or Lost, or whatever), it's going to be George (or Fox, or ABC, or whatever).

Well, I think you're right, and I think it's a travesty what happened to 11th Hour, and I think they should have been able to sell the type of t-shirt that HK put up there. I'm not saying what they do is right, but it is legal. Interesting case study (to go all philosopher on you) in the difference between legality and morality.
