I just shelled out for my FOURTH set of Firefly DVDs.

Here's my logic.

I bought a set. . .watched them. . .
then bought a second set for loaning.

Took BOTH of those sets home with me on leave and left them. . .with strict instructions to my beautiful Mahealani, "THIS set is for watching at home. . .THIS OTHER set is for loaning out to folks. . .do so as often as you can."

So I got back here. . .bought the LAST set from the Kandahar PX, and realized that I still wanted to share the joy. . .soooooooooooooo. . .

As I said, my FOURTH set should be here in two weeks.

Like I said. . .it's a sickness almost!

For those of you who have gotten tattoos, you know the comparison. As soon as you get one, like my celtic knotwork band and claddagh on my right bicep, you start looking at your body saying. . .Hmmmmmm. . .I need another one somewhere for balance.

Every time I get a set of the DVDs, I rationalize a reason to get ANOTHER set.

Help?

Okay, you're almost there....

I've bought a total of seven sets: two for myself, 3 for family and friends, and two for military buddies currently in the Gulf.

And I've gotten a few more sold by lending out my tapes of the broadcast eps, then pointing out they can see the 3 "missing" episodes if they get the DVD set...
