I could see Alan as a speedster. He would be jittery and talk fast like he was hyped up on caffine and No Doze all the time. He would be a voracious eater too! Oh the possibilities!
I was thinking for the super strength, why not a woman. We always see a man play the strong guy. I suggest Gina. She would be great for the part. A loner, maybe even homeless person who suddenly discovers her gift. She would only use it to defend herself or get something to eat until she is discovered. She is hesitant to join at first, but finally realizes this is her chance to rejoin society and do some good.
Sean I could see as like a hyper genius. He reads lightning fast and remembers every detail. He is insanely smart and can figure out nearly anything. Kind of ala Reed Richards. He would be constantly tinkering with machines and equipment.
I picture Adam as having enhanced vision, being able to see in the dark like a cat, having limited x-ray vision, and even having telescopic vision.

*NBC “bulks up” with 30 combined episodes of "Heroes" and “Heroes: Origins,” an innovative new spin-off that each week will introduce a new character -- one of whom will be chosen by viewers through the “Heroes” website on NBC.com to become a cast regular the following season.
These will be shown during the times of hiatus, to give the fans someting extra while they wait for the show to come back, like the comics. And like Heroes 360, the commentaries and the online games and blogs and videos of fans it will be heavily fan oriented.

In these 6 extra episods new characters will be introduced and the audience themselves get to decide which of them saty or go, ad hose that are picked to stay will more than likely join the original cast when they come back from hiatus, so it's not really a spin off as extra episodes for those who can't stand the long wait in between. And the fans get to get involved in the show (as they have from the beggining. You should look up the online 360.) What I see this is a good thing, it'll keep the steam going ad won't make people disinterested while they wait and wait for the show to come back. They're learning their lesson on that score, believe me
Imagine if any of our Beloved Actors of a certain Beloved Show were to be try out, I can imagine The Suits at NBC would be amazed with the votes they would get.
