It's amazing how much you learn when your apartment building is set on fire...! This is the third major fire since I've lived there, which is only about 3-4 years. Odds are not so good, aparently, in spite of the rent being insanely expensive for this state.

That's true, I didn't. It was like magic; I started using the screen name PhoenixRose, my aunt got pregnant (which was very expensive, I might add; in vitro costs a pretty penny) and said she was going to name her child Phoenix. Her name is Phoenix Skye.
