This time, anyway.
The meth lab was the last major fire, not this one.
And the one before that was a disgruntled renter.
It's amazing how much you learn when your apartment building is set on fire...! This is the third major fire since I've lived there, which is only about 3-4 years. Odds are not so good, aparently, in spite of the rent being insanely expensive for this state.
