Personally, I think it's so much more Kaylee-ish the way she actually says it:
"Look, they got boy whores! Isn't that thoughtful?"
And of course, it's even Kaylee-er with the followup: "Wonder if they service girlfolk at all." Which means she fully understands that the boy whores are mostly there for sly men customers.
Great line either way, though!

Many of my favourite quotes are from Wash. There are just sooooo many.
My favourite quotes would have to be the following:
1. From The Pilot (Serenity) Wash [playing with the dinosaurs] - "and we shall call this land.... this land."
2. From Heart of Gold:
Zoe - "No one is forcing to go Jayne"
Jayne - "Good! Don't know these folks, don't much care to"
Mal - "They're whores"
Jayne - "I'm in!"
Kaylee - "Look, they got boy whores! Isn't that thoughtful. I wonder if they service girl folk at all?"
Wash and Kaylee are talking together -
Kaylee (sighing) - "Everybody got sombody. Wash tell me I'm pretty"
Wash - "Were I unwed, I would take you in a manly fashion."
Kaylee - "Because I'm pretty?"
Wash - "Because you're pretty."
3. From The Message - with Wash entering the Freak Show Booth " Oh my god it's grotesque! Oh and there's something in a jar! [Talks to the jar with the freaky thing in it]...."Do not fear me ours is a peacefull race and we must live in harmony!"
AND there is also the part where Jayne asks everyone why they "ordered a dead guy for?"
4. In Serenity the movie, the part where the main baffle pannel falls off and -
Mal asks Wash - "What was that!?"
Wash - "Did you see that?"
Mal - "Was that the primary buffer pannel?"
Wash - "It did seem to resemble it!"
Mal - "Did the primary buffer pannel just fall off my god ramn ship for no apparent reason?"
Wash - "Looks like"
Mal then curses about Kaylee and Wash uses some techno babble concluding that the "landing could get interesting"
Mal - "Define interesting"
Wash - "Oh God! Oh God! We're all gonna die!"
Mal (on the intercom) - "This is the Captain, we have a little problem with our entry sequence so we may experience some slight turbulence and then explode!"
Mal then has another exchange with Wash then tramps off to yell at Kaylee. On the way he meets up with Jayne and Zoe
Jayne - "We're gonna explode? I don't wanna explode!"
They exchange a few other words then Zoe appears,
Zoe - "Are we crashing again?"
Mal - "Go talk to your husband!"
5. At the end of the Serenity the Movie (while I'm still a blubbering mess from Wash dying
) I can manage a smile at the following:
Serenity takes off from the planet, the music picks up the pace, they make it through the storm, you see something fall off and
Mal - "What was that!?" .... as we realise that once again the primary baffle plate has fallen off!
