I'm a fan of Blue Man Group, so I loved this bit from "The House Always Wins", after they discover that Lorne's playing the Tropicana...
GUNN
No one seems to be bothered by the fact that he's a demon.
FRED
They must think it's all make-up, like the Blue Man Group. (pauses, to Angel) You don't think the Blue Man Group...
ANGEL
Only two of them.
Funny, they'd always seemed more like aliens to me.

I could go on and on, but I wouldn't even know where to begin. I'll try though.
Since this is the ANGEL forum, I'll try to stick to that show.
1) Forget which ep. but the scene when Angel is smelling Cordy's hair and she stands up and shouts "Personal bubble...PERSONAL BUBBLE!"
2) In Fredless where Cordy and Wes are acting out Buffy and Angel's romance and "Buffy" tells "Angel" to bite her, and Angel comes in and, clearly amused, says something like "Why don't you both bite me?"
3) Cordy, sittin' up in those clouds..."God, I am SO bored" and "What are you, deficient? Get me out of here!!"
and the honorable mention--because I cracked up in the middle of a craft store by myself after seeing Strawberry Shortcake fabric with the phrase 'tutu cute' on it--goes to: Gunn, referring to ballet as "tutus and guys with their big ass packages jumping up and down".

River6213: You, too, huh? Everyone thinks I'm 31 going on 16 and have for the last 10+ years. Both because of the shows (not really that I watch them as much as my obsession with them) and my sense of humor. I like toilet humor just as much as sarcasm.
I've actually gotten my mom and sister to watch, but they're not as into any of the shows as I am. In fact, the more I go on and on about them, the less they like them. Which is why I come here.

A scene in Angel that recently had me laughing so hard I fell on the floor was..
In Through The looking Glass when lorne goes to see his family & his mother calls out to his cousin ( playedby our master hinself ,Joss )
Your brother Numfar did the dance of joy for three moons. Numfar! Do the dance of joy."
And he just starts dancing in such a silly way..
Then he did the dance of honor..and when Angel & Lorne & family leave he's still in the background dancing...
Brilliant !

Then there was this bit from "Apocalypse, Nowish" (aka "Rain Of Fire")...
Lorne's sitting at the front desk, talking on the phone.
LORNE
Snakes? Uh-huh. And they came out of your what? OK, OK, well did they get up there by themselves, or is this part of a, you know, a thing? (laughs nervously) No, I'm not judging. (puts phone to his chest, asks Angel) Do we fight snakes?

The muppet episode... don't recal its title.
Every single scene with the Angel muppet. I laughed myself silly. It didn't matter what was said or even the (il)logic of it all.
I liked Angel being a seasame st extra. I mean what were the writers on?!!??!
I knew Barney was evil, but I will never look at elmo the same way again.
I will think of a signature later. It will be so stunningly brilliant your entire life will pale into insignificance when compared to the few words that will be written here.

Spike [as Angel]: "Ah. Say no more. Evil's still afoot... and I'm almost out of that Nancy-boy hair gel that I like so much. Quickly, to the Angel-mobile — AWAY!"
####
Puppet Angel: "I'm made of Felt. And my nose comes off."
####
Spike: "We were just working out... Look, if cavemen and astronauts got into a fight, who would win?"
Wesley: ".....Ah. You've been yelling at each other for forty minutes about this?"
[Angel and Spike look at the floor]
Wesley: [thinks for a moment] "Do the astronaunts have weapons?"
Spike and Angel: No."

[Angel and Gunn are using a rope to climb up the side of a building.]
Gunn: "Damn! This is so much harder than it looks on Batman."

Cordelia, to Doyle: "Wow, you're smarter than you look. Of course, you look like a retard."
Doyle looks at a photo of a client bungee jumping: "I always meant to do that, but I intensely don't want to, so I haven't gotten around to it...yet."
