Anyone have the Inara, Willow, or Andrew factor?

No, Andrew is definitely not staight. Haven't you noticed that he's stereotypically effeminate and has a crush on Warren, Xander, and then Spike? I'm not trying to be a crazy slash 'shipper... it's pretty apparent that he's gay. And I'm not the only one who's noticed: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Wells#Sexuality. Wikipedia can be inaccurate sometimes, but I think it's right on track this time.
Flyvote, I wasn't trying to find someone to date in here. Personally, I think internet dating is as pointless as it is unsafe. I started this for LGBQT members, and even though I'm included in that I'm not going to participate.

This is very River, don't you think?

I never got that impression from him and I think this part is clear as day "As the scene ends, he is shown leaving for the opera in James Bond-style attire with two attractive women, referring to them as his dates."

Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.

Spoilers for Buffy season 6 and the Buffy comic - just in case!
Throghout season 6 he was depicted as having a crush on Warren.
In season 6 and season 7 he was shown to find Spike attractive. In fact when he, Warren and Jonathan watched the footage of Spike having sex with Anya, he was shown to be paying a lot more attention to Spike than to Anya.
In season 7 he was shown to find Xander attractive.
In 'Storyteller' he saw two women (Willow and Kendra) kissing on a sofa and decided to film... the window that Xander had so expertly fixed.
In the upcoming Buffy comic he is seen complaining about how fed up he is babysitting the new slayers when there is very obviously a game of strip poker going on in the background.
He's gay. He's very gay. And it's actually always irritated me a little that Willow and Tara were such fleshed out, ordinary characters and Andrew is such a stereotype. Even Larry (season 3) was portrayed much more realistically, and he didn't get nearly as much screen time as Andrew did in the end.

See, DesktopHippie knows what I'm talking about! Two quotes that are the main hints that he's gay:
"He never really loved... spending time with us." (Referring to Warren after he and Jonathon are arrested and taken to the police HQ)
"Spike is SO cool... I mean, the girl's hot too." (Watching the footage of Spike and Anya)
And in Storyteller he was watching Anya and Xander confessing their love to each other and doing a voice-over of Anya so it would be like a romantic conversation between him and Xander.
