I'll probable keep watching this show cause its got Mal, but all you people claiming to love it..bah.
Dont get me wrong, I wanted to love it cause its got Mal, but I dont love it. To me its just another show.

The people I hate are the couple in the sports car. Everyone's in it for themselves, but they seem to be the worst out of the bunch.
And I can't help it. Everytime I see Amy Acker, I see Fred. Oh well.
The show is really taking off. From the first scene, you really get sucked in. Between this and Heroes, Monday nights are gonna be pretty exciting.

I didn't think they seemed so bad, its interesting how the girl is keeping stuff from the guy. I actually thought his CB radio move was one of the best parts of the first hour. I can't stand the prison guy. Anyone that says "Holmes" that much deserves to be shot.
I'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow night and I'll try to be around for the thread during the show instead of just after.

LOVED the Invisible Man. Another show that went away too quick. I think Drive is on at 7pm and Heroes is at 8 (I'm the the central zone) if that helps anyone. If that's not right--LETS HEAR IT FOR TI-VO!!

Besides Tim, Nathan, Amy, and Richard Brooks, the other Whedonverse connections so far:
- Beth Grant (the waitress at the diner) played Phantom Dennis' mom in the Angel ep "Rm w/a Vu"
- Patrick Fischler (the guy who bailed Wendy out, pretending to be her husband) was the conspiracy nut bookstore owner in the Angel ep "The Magic Bullet"
- Charles Martin Smith (Mr. Bright, the mysterious contact) directed the very first episode of Buffy, "Welcome to the Hellmouth".
- Zoic is doing the special effects.
And yeah, I'm really enjoying it so far. Hope tomorrow's is as good as the preview for it looked. Be very interested to see what the early ratings look like... *fingers crossed*

What are you guys talking about? Heroes airs at 9 p.m. (opposite 24). Drive airs at 8.

Well, I'm in Arizona, and I'm reading this thread DURING Drive, so there were some spoilers in here. I'm not sure how much I like this show. Nathan, of course, I love, and yeah, quite a few Firefly-like moments, but the show itself? Mmmmmmmm, not sure just yet. I'll give it a chance because, hey, I've got nothin' else to watch on Monday nights!
