This isn't my favorite quote, but it popped into my head anyway because the line delivery by Nathan never fails to make me laugh:

Edit: Just thought of another funny Mal line, made funnier by line delivery: (about Jayne, who's a kid in a candy store at the whorehouse, after commenting about how wonderful his crew is) "Well that one's kind of horrific."

Simon (tied to stake): "Yes, I'm very proud." (ok technically needed to include Mal's line for the Simon quote to work, also like the simon quote in Jaynestown when he saw the statue of Jayne. Great line, great delivery).
Wash: "Psychic, though? That sounds like something out of science fiction."
Zoe: "We live in a space ship, dear." (Zoe quote is better with the set-up)
Book: "I brought you some supper but if you'd prefer a lecture, I've a few very catchy ones prepped...sin and hellfire... one has lepers."
Kaylee: "Yessir, Captain Tight Pants."
Jayne: (mock reading Simon's journal) "Dear Diary...today I was pompous and my sister was crazy." (flips page) "Today, we were kidnapped by hill folk never to be seen again. It was the best day ever."
River: "The human body can be drained of blood in 8.6 seconds given adequate vacuuming systems."
He's not in the crew, but damn funny line:

Alright I've posted 2 or 3 times but for my official* 1st post I'll join in this great thread with some of my favorites.
