I voted twice today; unfortunately I got into the voting booth after a Xena fan. I noticed she had her sleeves rolled up- not a good sign. I was disgusted to find the lever all gooey and sticky. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!! the Xena crowd has time to vote all weekend, no pride parades/biker rallies going on, so lets get out and vote!

Lessons learned:
You can cut too much off a plank
Battery drills go flat at the worst possible moment
Don't use a pencil to clean out recently drilled holes in brickwork - they snap
Never ask 16yo daughter to check shelf with spirit level - the concept of bubbles and fluid is difficult to explain when holding bracket, shelf, screws & drill while balancing on kitchen chair. Its quicker to grow an extra arm
When stepping back to admire handywork try not to step on socket set - on a concrete floor they act like little rollers
