One unpredictable variable is the fandoms of some of the slow movers getting alerted to the current voting patterns, and decide to intervene.
Interesting that BSG is the only still-active show on the chart.

Apparently the voting is still going on, and Serenity is slowly catching up with Star Wars. They don't say when they will stop the voting.
