Starnge were commin up with a total of 2,835,000
while hsx says that the volume is: 2,302,716
I'm fairly new to hsx but if that volume they state is the total volume of stocks, then somthing seems a bit odd here??

I found out that volume doesn't equal total shares held, it means total shares traded in a given time period, probably the last 24 hours. Check out the explanation i got from the hsx message boards in this thread at the following message:
