if you head over the I, Robot the Movie site you can catch a picture of Alan Tudyk. it appears he'll be the 'face' of the titluar robot and probable be the biggest role you'll never see him in (ala Golum).

They are in the movie! Apparently the first article just left their names out or something, but they are signed on.

Small picture of Alan first in his green motion capture suit then with an overlay of the robot. Should be the last one on the list.

Good to see Alan is getting work the success of the Firefly DVD's probably helped.They probably hope casting him will get the Firefly fans to see it. Maybe it will make a big star and give people yet another good reason to see the Firefly movie.

Tried to enter the site but after 20 min I got bored not working to hard to promote it to us dial up users I guess,probably figure we haven't got any money anyway,oh well.

Alan also has a role in the upcoming movie "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story." He plays a character named Steve the Pirate and boy, does he look good!

Check the lobby of your local movie theater for a large cut-out photo display of this film. He's in the back of the group of players in yellow uniforms. I haven't been able to find any photos of him in this role on the internet, though.

If Alan Tudyk is playing the robot, doesn't that mean he's the title character? I haven't read the short story so I'm not sure, but if so - neat!

I'm pretty sure that I'robot started filming before the Firefly DVD's even came out and I doubt that there are enough Firefly fans to warrant them casting Alan just to try and bring in viewers.
