The character generator is here: http://www.sp-studio.de/ (this is the best one anyway) but I also edited mine a bit in photoshop (changed the size and color of the glasses, added the coat on top of clothes it usually won't go over, and made the lips bigger because the lips on there are tiny, etc.) so if you want anything changed on yours, you can ask me; it's a pretty quick edit (except the glasses). Oh, and you need to have a way to take screenshots. I have software that does it, but I think there's a way to do it without anything special. Anyone?
