I've seen (and heard) radio stations on MIRC. You listen through winamp. I could DJ - but ya'll would have to tolerate a lot of stuff that makes my neices and nephews hold their collective noses.

Belly dance music (both Persian and Arabic), Celtic stuff, Bluegrass, classic rock, etc.

If anyone requests anything by a boyband or a slutfest, I'll have to whack you with a trout.

You've got to look and see who's buying the albums which make Britney number one though... 13 yr old girls. That's a demographic I can do without.
I agree with Knibblet. Britney (and the rest * ...imagine Gilligan's Island theme song here*) are more like exotic dancers than musicians.
