Difficult to tell. It certainly lets you vote more than once. Not seen it affect the percentage yet though.
I guess we just keep trying.

Seems a pretty overwhelming battle. Close on twice the number of votes that the SFX poll generated already!
This will be a massive test of our voting resolve. Winning this one probably would rank up there in the "Done the impossible" bracket!
