I've been watching the episodes alot lately and have noticed when Serenity docks it is upsidedown but the doors open the are rightside up. anyone notice it?

I can't say I've noticed... it's probably an artificial gravity thing... chose your own up and down (or it's just an error!)... will watch out for it the next time I have eleven hours free and watch the episodes again

I noticed that too. Saw this in the "Safe" episode: after Book got shot, Mal had no choice but to bring Book to the nearest medical facility - the Alliance ship Magellan. Serenity was flying upside down beneath the Magellan and docked in that same position.
