That of course assumes I can get this to work.

I think nighttime is dark so you can imagine your fears with less distraction.

PR: I have a disc that I listen to of Benedictine Monks doing Gregorian Chants. It is very relaxing and peaceful. I am usually out before the CD is finished playing.

PR-Well I always go with heavy workout at the gym combined with Airborne nighttime...works for me ( as I am loathe to take medication)

Jonny- it could just be that we both feel comfortable sharing such personal details...or it could just be that we lack that social barrier sensor that warns us not to say such things:) LOL
