It's one o'clock in the morning. I've been in bed for the last 3 hours. I've been tossing and turning for the last 3 hours. But I was exhausted all day. What's WRONG with me??

Read a book? That always makes my eyes tired eventually, and if it doesn't help, you'll still have accomplished something.

Hey brother... I feel your pain. I've had insomnia since I was 5 years old, yet I refuse to take any medication for it. I usually get about 4 to 6 hours a night if I'm lucky until that lucky day on the weekend that I manage to sleep about 12 to 16 hours to make up for lost sleep.
Hope ya finally get some sleep man.

The only way to break your FFF.net addiction is to distract yourself by rewatching your Firefly DVDs a couple of times, otherwise it's only going to get worse from here on in.

Seriously though, insomnia really sucks. I suffer from it periodically, but there was a severe case a couple of years ago when I got about 8 hours of sleep in an entire week. I guess, like 6string, I don't help myself by refusing to take sleeping pills out of principle.
Indeed.

Thanks Angel. *hugs back* Did the milk thing, don't know if it worked, but got about 5 hours, and feel decent this morning.

Actually, reading usually gets me more wired, I love it so much. Does that mean I'm weird? (I think we all the answer to that question.

I just usually have spells. I'll go months sleeping great, and then have a few weeks of just crap sleep (usually when I'm stressed out)(like I am now, incidentally).

Well, I did come on the boards, didn't I? And any excuse to go back through the series, I'll take it.________________________________________________________________________
