Poor kitty!
I'm glad she's doing okay, though.

LMD,
thought you might enjoy this. It's a bit wrong.

yeah, we tried taking the collar off and watching her to make sure she didn't scratch, and she didn't seem to.
And now my mothers let her outside, and i'm not happy - especially when i realised that i didn't put her normal identity collar on when i took the plastic one off, so now she's running around looking exactly like a diseased stray, and yep, probably scratching the frickin wound.
oh god oh god oh god.
and my hand hurts - like i sprained it or something, all down the far side of it from my little finger to my wrist, and i have no idea what it is.... voodoo dolls? phantom menaces? ridiculously sudden and far too early athritis? who knows - i'll bet its gone by morning, typists finger (even though no one types with their little finger!
ah its all fun here.
Isn't sanity really a one trick pony, anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking! But when you're good and crazy...ooh hoo hoo hoo... the skys the limit!

Oh no!! I hope your kitty comes back soon, unscratched, so you can collar her up again.
And, are you perhaps coming down with tendonitis or did you maybe pinch a nerve or something? If it still hurts on Monday, go see a doctor!!

Have you tried wrapping your arm with a bandage so you can't injure it further? I sprain or strain or twist or pull things quite frequently and have spent half my life with my wrists bandaged, it seems. But, it really does help. Just for a few days?
I don't want anything getting in the way of you enjoying yourself at S4!

Quote:Sounds like you done something unnatural to the tendon, I got similar things in martial arts when over extending the arm or jarring the joint. Try deep heat, it'll draw blood to the area which will speed healing.

That's a very good point, Sean.
Is it feeling better yet, Seryn?
