It's kinda ironic but I think all the black space, that is the secrets of the characters, the time between firefly and serenity 1, the time between serenity 1 and serenity 2 has become one of the great things that intruiges people.

It's about 9 people that go into space and see 9 different things.

Well now it's a fanbase of how many and see millions of different things

I always loved creative writing in school but I never got inspired enough to try writing anything new but I saw some of the fanfic about, particularly there's one about Kaylee's past and now I've started trying to write something myself.

Maybe this has been done already, I'm pretty new to FFF but what if we had a fund-raiser--for firefly or charity or whatever
where people can submit their fanfics

1st Prize: #1 fanfic somehow gets incorporated into next fall's series or Serenity 2

so true... it would be great to see bdm II, but how much longer do we wait? i know, we'll hold.
bdm II and then 4-5 yr firefly season. and then bdm III. that would give me closure.
but at this time, let me do the math, nothin plus nothin divided by nothin...
