Another example that Ann Coulter knows her niche. She has indentified that there is a market out there for people who say what many Americans want to say. She is a hero to that subgroup for that reason.
Oh well. So someone is making money off stupidity. Nothing new. It's just PT Barnum in a different guise for a different millenium.
What is news is not that Ann Coulter has made a statement that some people find inflammatory. That is her shtick. What is news is that prominent conservative groups will continue to ask her to speak in front of large audiences. Self-policing my ass. In other words, the present day Republican party needs people like Ann Coulter to keep a subset of their members happy.
I guess the bigger question is, "Would Ann Coulter still sell books if she was not propped up by the Regnery/RW welfare machine?" Probably not. The takeaway message is that the wingnuts will take care of their own.
