Update FFF.net?

First off, this site is a wonderful resouce! And this constructive criticism is based out of love for all thing Firefly/Serenity

Not sure who does it or who has the time but a lot of the links on FFF.net are dead. For example the Top 10 Firefly sites, only 3 or 4 of them actually take you somewhere. Also the firecast section needs a update to include at least The Signal plus any of the other podcasts out there like Old Wounds or Severence.

I'm sure there are some tech savvy Browncoats out there that could lend a hand in reserching what's out there for new recruits to view and spread love for the 'Verse.

It's not just dead links. I've noticed a few bugs and have submitted them (a long time ago) but they're still outstanding. I've as well offered my assistance, but Haken hasn't even responded. I believe others have had the same experience, so I wouldn't hold your breath. It does seem as though maintaining this site is not exactly a priority for him.

Hell, he didn't even respond to my making a fffs.net search through Google. Announced here (shameless plug ):

It obviously got a good response and according to the logs, people are still using it. Not to mention that it'd be trivial to add to the site.

Personally, I've given up on any chance of this site being improved for the above reasons and more.

Which brings me back to the question of - what happened to the IRC server? At least I can't connect there. So - unless I've out of a sudden gone nuts... ;)
