The following is best viewed by importing to a spread sheet, and parse columns off "_"

This is a Feb 1 to Mar 1 analysis of the top 40 shows. Any show that was in the top40 either Feb 1 or Mar 1 is on the list; note L-Word dropped off top40 and Combat leaped onto it.

Comments regarding the above monthly analysis:
By looking at the last column, you can get a feel for a show's likely-ness to be moving up or down in the rankings. For instance, BSG is likely to be the #4 show overall eventually, assuming trends continue. Big "assumption" of course.

For the first time since I've been doing this analysis, a show got more votes than firefly over a month; not a big surprise given Flattops daily and weekly analysis. On the hand, we are talking less than 50 votes a day, on average. I think if we pull our fancy, hand knit, yellow and orange caps on tight, we can turn this around in March.

Go get 'em Browncoats!

Just curious: what's everybody think will happen when we close to within a couple thousand of Bonanza?

Nothing... we'll just sail on by. So far the Xena fans are the only ones who've been able to muster a consistent vote count even close to ours.

I think you're fooling yourself if you think that they won't try to muster up a vote to hold us off. I don't think it'll work; they don't have the voter base for it. But I think they could get enough votes to slow us down a mite. The Xenites...they're a different story. Them I worry about.
