Well ain't that a coincedence, I have been voting for Mr Rogers Neighbourhood myself. I found this fine video on youtube -
I live in the UK and I didn't grow up with the show but it seems to me that this show has the right values for children.

I think the explanations pretty straight forward:
Xena's been on the air for 6 seasons. Everyone that's gonna be a fan, is. Likely not all of em's votin' as yet, but I imagine they've beat most of their bushes by now.
I hold on to another explanation. Look at the 3rd chart above. Come on, no non-silicate fan base can produce such increases in such short times, and then stay on the new level.
I must think most of those Xena fans are gorram bots installed by one or two people, who have access to many computers with separate IP addresses
