I have no idea how the voting works, really - when it stops, what happens then, if there will be another survey in the future - and it's harder to accumulate votes because of the once a week rule (although if anyone has access to multiple computers, like at the library, that would be nice). It's also very difficult to tell how many shows are between Firefly and Time Tunnel, but as it's less about competing between all the shows and more about getting Firefly's vote number closer to the top 10...

Ironically, they showed the BDM yesterday on a ppv-channel. Sadly the ppv-concept is not popular here in Germany so only a few people had the actual chance to see it.
Let's hope it will eventually air on free tv as well, this could lead to a subsequent airing of the show if the "RTL groupe" is smart enough to do the math (which I doubt). They bought it as part of a larger license package - unrequested. They most likely have not the slightest idea what they are sitting on.
We still have the DVDs though.

I guess the correct expression in this case would be "hochschubsen", which means to bump something up. (hoch: up, high / schubsen: bump/push).
Nobody uses that expression, though.

ANY way of getting Firefly back on TV ANYWHERE in the world is a cause worth voting for. The more TV companies that have to get the rights for broadcast show the Sci-Fi channels just how popular it really is, and will help them to realise that it needs to be shown! So Get Voting!
