Ordinarily, I'd be able to tell you; but I've been a bit lax getting the details files downloaded while I was on a business trip. I'll start collecting today and should be able to tell you in a bit.

I've been tossing votes to charmed (made a point of catching it since it was on our "deal", and it's not bad! (still not voting for shows I haven't seen, but I'm open to seeing that which is recommended :-) ))

Given the number of produced shows and the number of average votes, Firefly comes out ahead.

Firefly average show votes: 80

Xena average show votes: 10

Firefly is 8 times better than Xena.

It must be true. I used an expensive calculator.

It would take about 340 people voting 8 times a day to reach 250,000 before March 29th. Just a thought.

Also comments about votes from multiple computers being rejected as 'too regular'.

If this is true, then all this tactical voting and hordes of people using flyvote to vote on the nail of 60 minutes might actually be counter-productive - if Rich thinks you're overcooking it, he might be trashing your votes. It might pay to back off a bit from the theoretical max of 1/hour and see if the recorded votes actually go up?

Just a thought...

I have to say it is all getting a bit 'tactical' nowadays. I kind of pine for the days when people for their favourites without pursuing a 'scifi bloc' or a 'western bloc'. Doesn't seem in the spirit really. Oh well, my 2c worth (and yes I vote half a dozen times a day for Firefly! though I rarely comment on these boards)

Course it might actually be that Xena gets more votes because it has more fans... shame on me for the thought :)
