Ok mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Ghirardelli 60% cacao dark chocolate squares with caramel, plus my friend Bruce went and bought me a bbq cobb salad filled with feta cheese and olives and greens and real charcoal grilled chicken with this amazing dressing... I almost feel like a people. Now for some s'mores and a quick joyous spin around the pyre to gear up ( energy wise)
PR- need herbal assistance. Can you think of any scent that would be energizing and yet motivating to the kids. The lavender is great except that it soothes them a bit too much and I'd like to boost the productivity, without sacrificing the calm. Any thoughts?

Hmmmmm, sage is good. Sandalwood. Lemon. And I think rosemary, too. Oh, and peppermint. Kind of a trial and error thing to see what would work best for your kids, but I would start with sage and lemon myself.
