I'm not new to Firefly. Watched it on TV, contributed a little to the Variety add back in the day. I lurk here a lot, post very little. In fact only signed up a few months ago for posting rights.

Vote for Firefly several times a day, have given away about a dozen Firefly and Serenity DVDs - all who received them loved the show.

After the show got canceled I was part of the initial movement to bring the show back. Eventually I faded away from that. One day I saw the FIREFLY box set in the store and bought it right away. I had been out of the loop on things for a while back then and didn't know anything about the movie Serenity getting made. Then, one day I went to see a movie with my sister and there was a Serenity preview....I just about died. I don't remember what movie I was going to see, all I could think about was the Serenity preview and getting home to check the internet!

I lurk. Therefore I am.

I've been hanging around here for a bit; haven't posted much.

I found my way to Firefly via Bones fans (many of whom are Buffy fans, thus Joss fans, and as such are Browncoats themselves). I splurged and bought the DVDs without having ever watched before, and immediately fell in love with them. I watched Serenity soon after and loved it, as well.

I'm so glad to be here with all you Browncoats, veterans and newbies alike.
