I love the vocalists and guitarists too, but you can't be counting out the rhythm section.

Yeah, I think having rhythm's a good thing, but apparently most folks seem to think that being a ponce, mincing round the stage with a mic is a more desirable attribute. Not that I'm bitter or anything...

Tristan said earlier he always listens for the bassline. I don't play guitar (I played piano; yeah, Peter the Pianist. Go ahead and laugh you dirty-minded crew), but I sang bass in the choir and still do to the radio every now and then. (I get a good many compliments on the phone when I use my "radio voice"; it is a damn sexy thing...only the women ever comment). Don't forget Sir Paul played bass in the Beatles. Maybe if you strung your intrument backwards and learned to play left-handed...?

Hey, I do enjoy a good bassline. I think all band members are very sexy. Lead singers are over rated. It's just cause they are up front and in the spot light most times. (feeling a bit shamed being a singer myself, sorta)

Wait, wait, wait. We're going about this all wrong. I think the first thing to do is become famous. Then become a hawt and sexy bassist. That's how it works these days. I found a contest you can enter and once you win and everyone knows you, it won't matter what kind of instrument you play.
