Personally.... The Signal. It's starting its third season now, but go back and get back issues. It's really good.

I haven't checked out The Signal yet, so I'll have to say Firefly Talk by default.

I recommend them both. They are different enough from each other to be complementary. They are both very well done and a shiny listen! Anyways, how can a Browncoat get too much Firefly/Serenity??!!!

I enjoy listening to both podcasts. They are both very good and I would have a hard time picking just one.

I agree. Both podcasts are excellent, and if you have the time, listen to both. I really enjoy them, and once you get into them, you'll be waiting for the next one to be released!

Since I work on both podcasts there's no way I could pick just one.

As folks have already mentioned each of them has a different style and focus so you can listen to both without feeling like they're both covering the same thing. Except maybe for the news since I monitor the news items for both shows.

Both shows last about an hour and they each come out about every two weeks so you can easily listen to both if you give yourself about an hour each week.

Appreciate all the kind works from everyone.

Ooh. Um. Hi! *waves nervously* I actually listened to Firefly talk once, and couldn't figure out where I was, and... *sighs* Well, it's awesome to meet someone who actually works on it. I forgot there were real people involved.

Just, to say something: I love The Signal, and waste all manner of odd hours of my week listening to its back episodes just to catch up, so as to go in order.

Once I go and get all caught up with all my other podcasts, maybe I can start back with Firefly Talk? *cringes with how bad that sounds*

The Signal is one of my favourites, right up there with Slice of Scifi and Yog Radio. Some of their episodes go beyond entertainment and touch me on a personal level.

But I don't want to take anything away from Firefly Talk as it is an excellent listen. Their speciality is convention talks with the Cast and Crew. Look at http://fireflytalk.libsyn.com/ for all their great con talks.

They're both shiny in my book.
