That's fine. But your love for Angel has nothing to do with this show. You make a big deal of this having the same premise as Angel. I was just pointing out it wasn't all that original to begin with.

In other words, calm down. Hating this show sight unseen will not bring Angel back. Who knows, you may end up liking this one if you give it a chance.

And if you start a thread, be prepared for all kinds of responses, not just the ones you want.

(Though I'm curious as to why you felt you needed to start 2 seperate threads on this topic...)

Wasn't it Warner Brothers that cancelled Angel on Joss? Then they turn around and recreate the show?

I'd be pretty steamed. And calling my lawyers.

Since I'm a big fan of vampires, I'm looking forward to the show. Hopefully it will be good. Also CBS picked up a Zombie Comedy show.

1. So glad you approve.
2. Funny, don't remember using the word "hate" for that show. Actually was in kind of a shock at the time so thoughts and feelings WERE admittedly a bit clouded.
3. Don't mind having opposing views on my post at all.
4. Do have a problem with someone putting words into my mouth though.
5. Posted twice about this topic hoping for a quick response at at least one of them. Didn't have much time yesterday but did end up stretching it longer than I should have, anyway.
6. Am now oddly curious why you seem to have such a problem with this at all.

Since it's by a VERONICA MARS producer, and a BEAUTY & THE BEAST producer, maybe it'll be better than we're thinking...or maybe somebody never quite got over the romantic aspects of ANGEL, the ones that were never fulfilled?
