Flyvote, maybe you should put the Ballad of Serenity on the Flyvote program that plays over and over again, even when hidden. So if other groups do steal the program at least they'll have a decent theme tune to listen to

Wow...that would be hilarious. I guess the only problem is they'd just go back and use the older version of the program. Still, great idea! To see the look on some bonanza fan's faces (what are they called? cartwrights? cowpokes?).....makes me happy just thinking about it.

There are functions in the MS IDE to take direct control of laptop speakers so even if the system is muted, the song will play

The music shouldn't start until FlyVote is hidden; just to make trying to stop it more entertaining.

I have to go party now....just couldn't resist a quick look in to say hi!

I've got this very funny image of hundreds of non-Firefly fans singing over and over to themselves "Take my love, take my land, take me where I cannot stand......" because the song got stuck in their heads after listening to it the whole day....

Maybe we should confess that flyvote is in fact a clever virus that only allows votes for firefly, and that, when used, a vote for firefly is registered, notwithstanding the button pressed.

It seems that there is some consensus on 27 February as the next voting day. I'll fall in with that and start spreading the news. Wouldn't it be great if we could get 2000 on that day? Impossible? I don't think so.....
