I'm frankly offended you would say that, JQ. Like, really offended. Kelkhil here is one of my favorite people. He's a Warrior. And when exactly did I stop being a 'Warrior Woman'? I truly didn't mean to offend you or anyone else. But I think you know that. I apologize if my comments seemed insensitive. I know how you feel about Chris, and I know that he tends to offend. I don't think he derives any pleasure out of the kill but I also think he's wired a bit differently than the average bear. But I cannot say either is absolutely true since I am not inside his head.

What appears as admiration on my part is that Chris honest concerning what he is about. Brutally honest. If you have the same feelings toward all hunters I can accept that. If not, I understand, but I have a but attached. (well I had a butt until this morning...) Chris made the kill real to himself. He removed the pretense that standard hunting allows: to distance yourself from your action, in a figurative way by doing it in a literal way. With a proper scope you can kill a deer from a hundred yards away and the kill is less real for you. The death is the same for the deer either way. I am not a hunter, I will never be a hunter. If I had ever been called to serve in the armed forces, I would have a HUGE moral dilemma before me.

In short, I don't advocate or endorse Chris's actions but I understand them and why he does them. I am not asking you to do the same.

You are one of the hottest warrior women around. I am looking forward to meeting you at D*C. I want to touch you, pinch you, see that you're real.

One last thing. Did I ignore you? Or was that a reference to someone else? I hope I was not guilty of that. Gotta fly as work beckons. See you all tomorrow.

Neither Rose or I are Wiccan JQ ,and our objections have nothing to do with our religious beliefs.It's not about the hunting it's about the pleasure he derives frm killing someting.Which makes him a psycho.And for us to have to suffer to be ignored by everyone else while they praise a psycho is insulting at best.
