Gotta say, this is brilliant stuff. :) Just subscribed to the site the other day. It ain't no Firefly, of course; but the amount of love that went into this is exhilarating all by itself. :) And there's a Captain; kinda talks like Mal, but it ain't Mal, and there's no ripping off lines. And there's a shiny Kaylee type; does Kaylee talk and has the Kaylee feel, but is no cheap replica. And there's all manner of good dialogue, Joss-style. To give ya a sample, the Captain, as he walks away:
"You guys have fun. Anyone needs me, I'll be in my... don't need me."
LOL. :) Like I said, it ain't no Firefly; never could be. But it's all kinds of pleasing; and I cannot remain but in awe over the love that goes into this project.
