Yesterday was a sad anniversary date for Browncoats indeed. At the same time it also marked the birth of the online community's movement to save the show. That campaign led to the release of the dvd set, eventually the comics, the movie, and all the rest. It may have marked the deathknell of the show, but it marked the beginning of something more beautiful and more powerful.

That being said, I am still here. I have been a browncoat since the Train Job aired. I have been here for four years and I am not going anywhere. As a matter of fact, I'll be the last one here when Haken turns out the lights.

Yet ironically, the date coincides pretty much with the announcement that Fillion is going to be back on Fox. Funny how things work out!

I haven't been here but slightly over 1 year, but I'm not going anywhere either, Browncoat1 and I'll be right here with you when Haken flips that switch.

I think I can saftely say all the Browncoats who are still on the boards will be there at the end which obviously won't be for another 15 years or so after our 2 sequels & 7 seasons of Firefly,minimum.
