Can't wait to see pics of the lanyard.

Post up those helmet pics Roon so we can see them. It's a WWII helmet? Is it US or another nationality?

*sigh* I don't know how to post pictures here! I'm completely illiterate when it comes to that. I did send it to BWTP, though, so maybe he can post it over on the "OB".

Boomer, I'll go ahead and post the lanyard now.

Members of the 76th Independent Battalion, listen up! This here's a shiny lanyard developed exclusively for members of the 76th by BoomerGoodheart and her husband. Check out how very shiny they are. To get one of these fine lanyards, contact Boomer!

Boomer, thank you and your husband once again for making these!

It's our pleasure, I assure you!

If anyone is so inclined, Ben finished up a leather shot glass for a Christmas gift, and has the picture of it posted on our website, http://www.legendaryleatherworks.com (look under Mugs & Bottles). The word (Serenifly) kind of blends in, what with the waxing and all. We're gonna play around with painting it to make it stand out more. If you'd like to see a clearer picture of the fonts we used, go into Extras and look at the magnet.

I forgot to mention in my other post (possibly because I was distracted by the shininess of the lanyard) that I have decided to go with an idea Tristan suggested for the medics: I want to put the Chinese symbol for medic (or closest approximation) in red on a white background on the helmets. I was thinking that I would go ahead and get several helmets so I could do them all with one stencil (once I figure out what the symbol is) and you guys can get them from me at D*C.

RIMG, that sounds like a great idea...all the helmets done with the same stencil. And thanks for going with the idea for the Chinese symbol...I think that will look really shiny!
Let me know what I can do to help.
Have you had anyone contact you about being a Medic yet?

Morning, Sister! Dreaded holidays?!? Why is that?

So far, or as far as I recall, Grizwald and VerseExplorer have both expressed an interest in it.
