ah well.
Yes, christmas mess - despite my best efforts. Argh, starting with glitter, i decided i was going to save some money and make my own cards, but because i am both ambitous, and a perfectionist, easy wasn't good enough for me!
long story short, there is glitter on almost every surface of the house. presents are stacked up in my room, and theres a pile of envelopes that need to have addresses written on them and sent off, but i can't find ANY OF THE FIFTEEN MARKER PENS i had when i last sorted my room out.
streeeeeeesssss.
Its always like this - december first rolls around, i have to start the shopping, which freaks me out at the best of times.
The good news is that it usually gets to the 23rd, i get everything done, an then bliss out for the two days that i've booked off this year.
Isn't sanity really a one trick pony, anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking! But when you're good and crazy...ooh hoo hoo hoo... the skys the limit!
