A: There are 5 crew quarters off the corridor between the bridge and the kitchen/dining room area. Two on the Starboard side, which are Kaylee's and Mal's, three on the Port side, which are Wash/Zoe's and Jayne's (I believe Jayne has the center bunk). I don't know if Wash and Zoe have the forward or aft one since we never see them entering or leaving their quarters. Though I suspect it is the forward room, closer to the bridge and they are seen heading past the aft bunk ladder at the end of 'War Stories.'
