I still want to come. Even if we all hang out and watch DVD's. Nearly 5 decades and I finally take the leap to attend a fan convention....I just do not want to give up on this.
Don't know how I can help (I'm in Maine), but just ask.
I'm off the rest of the week and if I can make phone calls or e-mail let me know.
I am also willing to contribute funds, if we can entice Nathan, Adam or any BDH willing to still come.
Perhaps someone can contact him and any other BDH (even Sean Maher and Summer Glau) who may still be interested in attending?

That totally sucks. I hadn't planned on going, but it does a heart good to see Browncoats coming together in that way. It's about time we had a good con over here on the East Coast.

i'm in dallas and i'm still headed out there. regardless of what happens it'll still be a party. i'm up for anything. we can make our own fun. of course i share the disappointment, anger, and confusion. i'm just trying to keep a cool head.

I do need to add another two cents here: the BE people seem very disorganized. I didn't even get an email notification of this. The girl I'm rooming with told me via facebook about the potential cancellation.

Thanks to everyone for the support and offers. We'll be hopefully have more to post tomorrow. For now, keep the positive attitude that you've shown so far.
For those who are still coming, please make sure to bring:
1. ID and,
2. The confirmation e-mail Booster Events sent you.
3. An email/paypal receipt if you got your pass from someone else.
We want to make sure we give priority to those who have already spent money on tickets, but we don't have Booster's database of attendees, so we'll need some way to verify who's who.

Do you plan to put wristbands around those whom you check? Otherwise, they won't be free to come and go as you'll want to check them again, yes?
I don't think I even have the confirmation e-mail anymore. I got my ticket in Feb. Though I did write the confirmation # down.

I'll be flying out, Flan or no Flan and I too may be without roommates. You interested in sharing if need be? Hopefully this will all be moot by tomorrow and things will go on as planned but doesn't hurt to have a Plan B. (Sometimes a plan is better than a 'way')
